So July has been pretty nice compared to May & June. It has quickly become a hot summer and the artists are active again. These were taken over the weekend off Broadway near Granville and a couple form Commercial Drive.

I found a big mural on someones garage in an area I usually never walk in.





And with the recent warmer weather a new character appeared. Can anyone name these artist?

Riot 2010 on Hastings

I think this is another stencil from the same person who has been stenciling riot 2010. You'll see this near The Waldorf on Hastings.
